How the age?

Mature Skin has little Vigor and luminosity, less elasticity. However what is the age of mature Skin? The skin is already mature from the age of 25, when it starts to lose its vigor and elasticity. Therefore, the first care with anti-aging creams is recommended already at this age.
Skin ages in two ways: internally and externally. Internal causes are not under our control. Some factors influence such as genetics, hormones and specific conditions like diabetes.
Genetics determines the biological aging of the skin. This may involve slowing down the rate at which the skin regenerates or influencing the decline in skin elasticity.
Furthermore, an unpublished study published in Nature Magazine in 2013 showed that the aging process is influenced by the DNA inherited from our mothers. That DNA comes from mitochondria, which are structures within cells that convert energy from food into a form that cells can use.
Although most DNA is found within chromosomes, mitochondria also have a small amount of their own DNA known as mitochondrial DNA (mDNA).
What research has found is that when a person inherits (mDNA) mutations from our mothers, we age more quickly.
Just as hormones are another influence that we cannot control, (can be controlled by medication), it is the hormone that triggers puberty and later acne.
Towards the end during and after menopause female oestrogens levels decline. As oestrogens are known to help balance the skin's moisture, their decline leads to structural changes and age-related skin atrophy.
